Health has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. As a kid and teenager I struggled with not knowing how to properly nourish and take care of my body. Health and fitness advice seemed confusing and restrictive (diets back then were de rigeur). I also struggled with anxiety and would comfort eat everyday to cope. One of my earliest memories is as a very young child. always feeling so drawn to the food and cake at any party. I felt lonely and ind of awkward as a child and that’s one thing I learnt - food tastes good, and always makes you feel better (until it doesn’t).

It’s not about perfection.

HERE ARE FIVE STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TO TRANSITION INTO YOUR MOST RADIANT, VIBRANT AND HEALTHY GORGEOUS SELF.

  1. Reduce and gradually eliminate acidic, processed food and replace with alkaline plant-based whole food from the earth.

    When the body is in its highest state of health it is primarily in an alkaline state. I’ve shared this principle for years in my health coaching practice so it’s not a new idea. But only recently (relatively speaking) was I made aware
